- We guarantee that IF an order is received before 2:00 p.m. EST, the order will ship the same day. If the order is placed after 2:00 p.m. EST, we will do our best to get the order out same day.
- We ship all orders via UPS Ground. Shipping charges are actual book rate and there is NEVER a handling or restocking fee. UPS requires certain information to make sure that orders are received in a timely manner.

- UPS does not ship to PO Boxes

For safety and health reasons, electrodes cannot be returned if they have been removed from the original plastic packaging.And only products purchased within the last 3 months [90 days] are able to be returned or exchanged.
