Shipping and Returns

• We guarantee that if an order is received before 2:00 p.m. EST, the order will ship the same day. If the order is placed after 2:00 p.m. EST, we will do our best to get the order out that same day.
• We ship all orders via UPS Ground. Shipping charges are actual book rate and there is never a handling or restocking fee. UPS requires certain information to make sure that orders are received in a timely manner:

• Phone number associated to the shipping address
• Specification of whether address is residential or commercial – it does cost more to ship to a residential address
• UPS does not ship to P.O. Boxes
• A shipment confirmation and tracking information can be sent via e-mail using our Order Tracker. Make sure to include your e-mail address on your orders to take advantage of this service.

RETURNS POLICY
If you wish to return or exchange merchandise, please contact us at 866.633.3754. All returns are subject to prior approval to ensure that your return is handled correctly and promptly. Returns are never subject to a restocking or handling fee.

For safety and health reasons, electrodes cannot be returned if they have been removed from the original plastic packaging, and only products purchased within the last 3 months (90 days) can be returned or exchanged.
