Rhythmlink is pleased to offer our customers this industry leading No Back-Order Policy.We desire to offer this policy because we know what it is like to be without the supplies you need to do your job in the clinic or wherever you might need neurodiagnostic accessories.Because we know how it feels to be without product we have committed ourselves to the additional inventory, resources, management and oversight to be able to offer a no back-order policy.You will have the confidence to know that we understand our role within your service. We understand you are trusting Rhythmlink to deliver the products necessary for your service to provide prompt and quality patient care.
When you sign a contract our No Back Order Policy becomes a GUARANTEE in writing which outlines that if we cannot ship your entire order within 3 business days, we will ship your next order of equal or lesser value at no charge. We are the only vendor to offer such a commitment.
