Michael O'Leary Shawn Regan

Michael O'Leary is the COO and co-owner of Rhythmlink International, LLC, a company he co-founded in 2002. Originally, O'Leary served as Rhythmlink's director of operations and international affairs where his extensive global network produced qualified vendors and service providers that allowed Rhythmlink to firmly establish its position as a world class competitor.
In 2008, O'Leary became Rhythmlink's COO and continued to manage the company's quality program and supply chain while ensuring regulatory compliance as well as effective utilization of engineering resources and lean manufacturing practices to deliver quality products to a demanding market.
Before founding Rhythmlink, O'Leary was an adjunct professor at the University of South Carolina and Clemson University where he taught export marketing at the graduate level. O'Leary also worked as an economic development consultant at the South Carolina Export Consortium. With seven years of experience in the neurodiagnostic industry and 17 years in manufacturing and international business, O'Leary has the expertise that Rhythmlink needs to continue its international growth.
O'Leary earned his Bachelor's degree in Government and International Studies from the University of South Carolina. He's fluent in Spanish, and in his spare time, O'Leary enjoys fishing, playing guitar and home studio recording.
Shawn Regan is the CEO and co-owner of Rhythmlink International, LLC, a company he co-founded in 2002. Initially, Regan was Rhythmlink's director of sales and marketing, guiding its start up through strategic marketing and branding efforts while supervising rapid sales growth and product innovations.
In 2008, Regan became CEO and began overseeing Rhythmlink's initiatives to broaden its commercial product lines and custom manufacturing design services. Leveraging his diverse background and experience, Regan has been able to focus Rhythmlink's efforts on integrating clinical end-user needs with engineering and manufacturing requirements.
Prior to his involvement with Rhythmlink, Regan held several positions as clinical director and later as the director of sales and marketing at Biotronic, a neurophysiologic intraoperative monitoring service. Regan also worked as a regional sales director for Axon Systems, a designer and manufacturer of neurophysioloical patient monitors. His entire career has revolved around the field of neurophysiology encompassing clinical, sales, marketing, leadership and executive management experience.
Regan received his Bachelor's degree in Movement Science from the School of Kinesiology at the University of Michigan. Regan is an avid University of Michigan football fan and enjoys playing basketball and guitar.
