Instructions for Use
Select appropriate Subdermal Needle Electrode. When introducing Electrode into patient, do not insert up to hub. If needle bends before, during or after insertion, do not straighten or re-insert. Discard and replace with a new Electrode. CAUTION: product is sterile only if packaging is unopened.
This product is single-patient use only. Discard Electrode after use.
